I have found that pretty penny. So much cheaper than rent and what a great location to be close to it all. Come take a peak”

The most ridiculous one-liner in the commercial real estate business:

“Now is a good time to buy”

Or

“Now is not a good time to buy”

Nonsense.

You’re buying individual deals, not markets.

The best deals can be bought in the worst market climates, and the worst deals in best market climates.

They have little to do with each other.

People who buy based on the market instead of the deal should not be buying at all.

I’m ready, you ready?
