Selling Real Estate is soo easy people say……TRUE STORY!! 😆

List home …dozens of showings …2 contracts ….1 Gov loan & 1 conv loan. Both fail appraisal …condemned C5 condition in their opinion. (Horrible care no upkeep or maintenance inside & out) + pet damage
Annnd to add in a digruntled family member who ran off several showings????

I managed the yard maintenance. A Gutter cleaning. A House cleaning. 2 open houses. Personally picked huge limbs out of the yard. Tons of trips to check for odors And turn on lights for best impressions..

months later after an extension. Seller decides to go with a new realtor. Says thankyou for your time but can you send me all the people who wanted to see the home this last week when I ghosted your messages and calls? (And even said I didn’t communicate well to my broker)

Zero compensation…..$0

People have no idea what we encounter and deal with in this journey. 😡😱🤣
