New migration data highlights where many people moving to Bell County have been coming from between 2015–2023.

Williamson County led the list with more than 8,000 people relocating to Bell County from 2020–2023, followed by Coryell County and Travis County (Austin). Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, and even Honolulu County also ranked among the top sources of migration.

It’s a trend we’ve been seeing across Central Texas for years: buyers looking for more space, affordability, land, and access to both Austin and Ft. Cavazos while still staying connected to major job centers. 📍🏡
