🚀 PREPARING FOR WHAT’S NEXT IN REAL ESTATE!

Great training and agent meeting today at Argent ERA, getting our agents ready for one of the biggest changes coming to residential real estate: UAD 3.6 — the Uniform Appraisal Dataset and redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR).

Beginning November 2, 2026, UAD 3.6 becomes mandatory for applicable appraisal submissions to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac — bringing significant changes to how property data is collected, reported and ultimately reflected throughout the listing and appraisal process.
