April Market Update 📊✨

Despite global economic uncertainty earlier this year, the Bay Area real estate market stayed surprisingly resilient through March. While lower-priced markets felt more sensitivity to interest rate changes, higher-end areas remained relatively strong.

Some sellers may have taken a “wait and see” approach, holding off on listing until there was more clarity—but notably, we didn’t see the kind of market reaction we experienced during last year’s tariff shock. In fact, following the early April ceasefire news, key economic signals began trending in a more positive direction.
As we move into spring, momentum is clearly building:
🏡New listings are up
🤝More homes are going into contract
💨Homes are selling faster
💰Overbidding is increasing

Price reductions are down year-over-year
All signs point to rising demand—and with it, the potential for renewed price growth in the second quarter.
And as we’ve seen over the past couple of years, luxury markets continue to outperform, staying more competitive than lower-priced segments, especially compared to the condo market.

💰オーバービッド（希望価格以上での成約）が増加
