⚠️Due to road construction June 22nd-26th Sathre title can not be accessed from the west, you will need to access 5th street from the East (Bemidji Ave).
🚧 5th Street NW Road Closure – June 22–26 🚧
As part of the new City bike trail project, the railroad crossing on 5th Street NW will be replaced, requiring a temporary closure of 5th Street NW between Jefferson Avenue NW and Park Avenue NW from June 22–26, 2026.
A signed detour will direct traffic via:
➡️ Irvine Avenue NW
➡️ 15th Street NW
➡️ Adams Avenue NW
Access will remain available for the Northwestern Juvenile Center, BRIC, and Bemidji Public Works from their respective sides of the closure, but no traffic will be allowed to cross the railroad work area.
Please follow detour signage and plan for additional travel time.
