There’s just something special about helping someone buy their very first home. 🏡

As a Realtor, when someone trusts you enough to refer their friends or family to you, it’s truly one of the highest compliments you can receive. And when that referral turns into getting to help someone buy their first home, it makes it even more special.

From finding the one to finally handing them the keys, getting to be a small part of such a big moment in their lives is something I’ll never take for granted.

Congratulations on your first home and thank you for trusting me to be a part of it!

And a huge shout out to Scott Roycroft for always being the best Mortgage Lender and taking such great care of our clients. And to Brenda and the crew at TPT for another outstanding closing! I truly appreciate having such a great team of people to work with from start to finish. God Bless!

When one of your best friends from high school calls you to help sell her mom’s house, and then a few months later calls again because she and her husband are ready to buy a home of their own… that’s pretty special.

Richard and Shannan, thank you for trusting me once again to help you through another big milestone. It means more than you know.

I can’t wait to see how you make this house your home—and fill it with memories (and some great new furniture!). Congratulations, you two!
