Update on the Ridgmar Mall turtles: they’re fiberglass and in rough shape, so relocating them isn’t realistic, and the developer says nothing’s been decided yet. So instead of a save campaign, here’s an invitation: come take a photo with them while they’re still here, and support the small businesses still open in the mall while you can. Ridgmar Mall just sold, and it’s about to become a six-building logistics campus. JCPenney closes for good November 1st after 50 years, and walking through the mall I found seniors who still walk it for exercise, and a man whose daughter wanted to see it one last time before it’s gone. Nugget has to pay for college somehow 😂

This Arlington Home in Pleasant Ridge Estates is a perfect starter home for someone to pay themselves “rent” while saving money on a homestead, AND building equity in an asset.

Homes in Pleasant Ridge Estates don’t come up for sale very often…there’s a reason for that… it’s too good living here people want to stay!
