When a referral partner calls and says, “They need a home basically yesterday”… Rick says, say less. 😎🏡

We got to work, negotiated through the night, locked in a great deal, and got our Buyers pending at lightning speed.

Here’s more about Perry: “I earned my B.S. in Criminology from Southern Oregon University in 1998 and began my career in public service with the Oregon Youth Authority, working in the Gang and Violent Offender Unit in Warrenton, Oregon. I later spent 12 years with the Hillsboro Police Department, serving in a range of specialized assignments including School Resource Officer, Field Training Officer, Tactical Team Negotiator, and member of the Tri-County SWAT Team. These roles required sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in high-stakes environments, skills that continue to define my professional approach today.
Throughout my law enforcement career, I was consistently drawn to negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution. I was fortunate to receive advanced negotiator training through the FBI, an experience that refined my ability to communicate with precision, manage complex dynamics, and protect my clients’ best interests under pressure.

n 2013, I transitioned from policing to pursue my long-standing interest in real estate sales in Oregon. That shift was intentional and strategic. I recognized early on that exceptional properties require more than exposure, they demand thoughtful positioning, disciplined negotiation, and a level of representation aligned with the caliber of the asset. Along the way, I developed a deep appreciation for visual storytelling and strategic marketing, ultimately launching my own real estate media company. This allows me to maintain direct oversight of how each property is presented, ensuring a polished, refined, and market-appropriate narrative designed to resonate with qualified buyers, locally, nationally , and beyond. I am uncompromising when it comes to ethics, confidentiality, and quality. My clients value discretion, clarity, and results.
