Most people navigate this process a few times in their life—I do it every day. I’m here for the questions, the exploration, and yes… even the late-night Zillow dopamine kicks.

Supporting one on their journey to buying a home in Central Oregon is what I’m here for. Often, it starts as a conversation and seeing what’s feasible. Sometimes, it’s buying into the local market and not moving here for many many years. Others need to get settled swiftly due to a life change. Or, you’ve been an OG local for years and saved enough to buy your first home.

Your story matters!

For me, the moment I signed my one year lease in SW Portland in 2017, my husband and I made plans to move to Bend. We deeply craved close access to nature and a smaller town. With Bend, we found just that and so much more.

With Spring nearing and light returning, I’d to reflect on winter for me and my clients🌞🌿

Winter was a time for rest, research, and reflection. It was a reminder that this work is not on my timeline, it’s on my clients.

It meant 🌀
🏡listing tours, house projects, pricing, listing timeline
🏡honing in on replacement property goals and location
🏡research on upgrading to a different house that aligns with needs more
🏡getting funds and financing in the right place to be set up for the spring market
🏡deciding to hold off on relocation to Bend
🏡collaboration with lenders and family to see what’s feasible

There is so much that goes on behind the scenes other than touring homes. The list above has been foundational for my clients to see where they’re at and where they’re going, with my support and guidance along the way.
