SOLD! Over a year long journey and worth every single hurdle. 🏔️✨

Over the last year, we navigated a move with a lot of moving parts - from selling their home to managing a search that felt like the deck was stacked against them at times. Along the way, there were other homes that they thought were “the one” until they weren’t. Those stepping stones felt like setbacks in the moment, but they truly just led V & T to the one that was perfectly timed for them.

Stepping onto this property for the first time felt like finding a total oasis. With the private garden, big shop, chicken coop, and pastures for their 5 horses, it’s the perfect landing spot to be just a short drive from their kids and grandson. 🩵

V & T, your fortitude through the ups and downs was incredible to witness. I’ve loved getting to know you both over this past year, and I’m SO happy to officially have you as part of our Central Oregon community. Who says you can’t make big moves during the holiday season? ❄️ My clients recently listed their home in Bend with one major goal: getting closer to their kids near Silverton.
We found this updated home right near downtown Silverton - the exact location they were dreaming of. Now, they are steps away from everything they need but most importantly, just minutes from family.

There’s something special about selling a home you once helped your clients buy. You remember exactly what made them fall in love with it and it’s easy to share that same charm with new buyers. ✨

When they reached out at the end of summer hoping to move before the holidays, we knew we had to be strategic. From thoughtful pricing to targeted marketing and quick, intentional prep, every step mattered! After a couple weeks, we hit the market and were under contract within just a few weeks!

Now they’re off to a new town in Oregon to be closer to their kiddos, and I’m so excited for this next chapter for them. Congrats to my sweet sellers! 🏡
