Happy wife happy life 😘 my clients wife went inside this one and didn’t want to leave! We closed on this beauty this week on top of the Butte. My clients kids grew up on the Butte and this felt like their happy place! In the business of making people happy and dreams come true ❤️

This week we closed on a special one. We’ve been searching for 8 months! We were looking for land, hoping for Bend, but open to other areas with some bones on it that my clients could put some sweat equity into. We found them just that! An acre of flat, clean land in DRW with some bones on it that they are going to make their own.

After getting beat out on other properties by all cash and waiving inspections (🙃 is this 2021?!) we were not losing this one. Within 24 hours of writing our offer we needed to find a new lender who could close in a WEEK to win the bidding war. Thank you for coming through for us. We couldn’t have done it without you.

Just closed on this lovely little home in Madras for my clients yesterday 😍 a little backstory: These clients reached out in November and we had a really amazing meeting about their goals of home ownership. They had tried previously to purchase twice and were not given all the information or guidance needed to feel supported during one of the biggest purchases of their life! BUT luckily they had a great team this time 🤩 on our tour of homes we discovered this beautiful Madras gem that they now get to call home.
