Come spend the winter and spring months in this furnished, cozy, newly remodeled home. We cater to traveling professionals or singles/couples looking for a 30-day or more rental term. The home has three rentable, private suites each with lockable doors, private bathrooms, smart TV’s, private patios, mini fridge and walk-in closets. Beds and mattresses are nearly brand new with luxurious bedding and linens available as needed. There is also a detached private tiny home, out back off the deck, that has access to the common areas and is leased monthly. All units are offered on a 30-day lease.
The furnished, shared spaces include:
• A large, fully stocked kitchen with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and Keurig coffee maker
• Living room with a gas fireplace and comfortable leather furniture
• Dining room with a dining table (6 place settings) that overlooks the pond
• BBQ and pellet smoker
• Hot tub perfect for an evening or early morning soak
• Fully fenced yard including a pond with a water feature and plenty of room for well-behaved dogs
• Laundry facilities have a Maytag washer & dryer, kitchen storage, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and an ironing board, all available for tenant usage.
• Uniquely coded door locks for the exterior doors for tenant security
• Two on-demand hot water heaters – you will never have a cold shower!
• A large fire pit for small social gatherings.
We are the owners & manager. We live on-site in a separate unit and are available for any needs that may arise during your stay but also are very respectful your privacy. We are pet friendly and welcome well-behaved dogs!
In order to apply for a stay at our property, there is a $75 application fee with goes toward a credit and background check. Because this is a shared home, we are diligent in our pre-screening process. We want our tenants to feel safe and “at home” while staying with us.
