Northwest Crossing real estate is going strong. Median days on market before a pending contract are up somewhat, but whether this is a fluke or long-term trend will depend on next month’s numbers. My educated guess says this is a short-term blip in days on market…we’ve edged into Fall when it can a little longer to find a buyer. Hint: this means it’s less competitive for buyers and a perfect time to buy!
