Closing on our own home has been such a bittersweet milestone. 🏡 Experiencing firsthand the emotions, decisions, and preparation has reinforced one key thing: preparation is everything. Taking the time to make a home look its absolute best is always worth the extra effort, not just for the market but for the memories it represents. While saying goodbye is never easy, the process has given me an entirely new perspective that I know will benefit my clients moving forward. I’m grateful for the lessons learned and even more committed to guiding my sellers with empathy, insight, and care. ✨

Recently I had the immense honor of helping some close friends make the move back to Central Oregon from Arizona. In addition to being able to see them more often, I'm so excited I was able to help them secure their perfect home in a multiple offer situation. Huge congratulations to my friends and clients on this amazing new adventure! 🏡
