I can’t believe we’re dropping the price on this one, but here we are!

The market has been shifting, buyers are being cautious, and they have more negotiating power than they’ve had in a long time. To keep@moving forward, as both a Realtor and a property developer, I think you have to be willing to listen to what the market is telling you and adjust.

This home went under contract shortly after hitting the market, but the buyer ultimately had to back out for reasons unrelated to the property. We quickly received another offer from a buyer who fell in love with the home, but unfortunately their financing was tricky and did not come together in order for us to accept. So here we are, ready for the right buyer!

So rather than just sitting and waiting, we’re making a move to show buyers, we are motivated.

I have to admit… I spend a lot of weekends at the soccer field with my kids too. 😆 But there are definitely times I’m sitting there wishing we were at the race track riding our dirt bikes.

One of the things I love about being with is that we all work hard, but we also chose to make Central Oregon home because of everything this incredible place has to offer, from motocross and mountain biking to skiing, hiking, and so much more.
