A $70,000 check from the IRS? Yes, please!

Our clients bought a Mt. Hood vacation rental in late October, renovated and launched it within a month, and had it rented before year-end.

That one month of STR activity, plus tracking their time on the setup, helped them qualify for bonus depreciation.

That's what triggered a $70,000 tax refund for 2025!
