Love seeing my sign hanging in the neighborhood I grew up in. I’m expanding my business back into my home town of Portland and the surrounding areas. I work almost solely on referrals so if you know anyone looking to sell their home please consider me!

Date the rate, marry the home. It’s an old saying in real estate but is so true, especially right now. Prices are down across the board, and interest rates aren’t that bad either. When I bought my first home it was at 7.75% so I’d take the mid 6’s all day long. The fact is interest rates are going to be in the 6’s for quite awhile so take advantage while prices are down. Then just refinance when and if the rate drops.

Here's a chance to own a piece of beautiful Crooked River Ranch with cascade mountain views, acreage, and incredible potential to make it your own. The property backs up to BLM land and the canyon rim so you don't have to worry about any neibors behind you. There's a large space for gardening with a shed for your tools and a newer two car garge for all your toys to enjoy the Central Oregon lifestyle. The home has good bones but hasn't never been updated and could be something you live in while you build your dream home.

This young couple called me asking to find them a rental (I don’t do property management) and after a month of looking they asked “How hard is it to buy a house?” I told them if you simply fill out a mortgage application you’re doing better than 90% of the people out there. Less than 90 days later I’m giving them the keys to their first home. It was truly inspiring working with these first time home buyers. The pleasure was all mine!
