This young couple called me asking to find them a rental (I don’t do property management) and after a month of looking they asked “How hard is it to buy a house?” I told them if you simply fill out a mortgage application you’re doing better than 90% of the people out there. Less than 90 days later I’m giving them the keys to their first home. It was truly inspiring working with these first time home buyers. The pleasure was all mine!
