Congratulations to my clients looking to build their dream home with Mountain View’s from the east side of Bend on acreage.

This was the second referral from some great friends in Bend.

This beautiful property located in SW Bend just closed today. A bittersweet situation as friends are moving and we wish they could stay. However knowing that they are moving to another amazing place makes me hopeful and happy for their next journey.

This was team effort that required patience and strategy. My clients faced multiple offers including cash and had their offer accepted by putting together the right offer!

This property checked most of their needs, located in a great neighborhood in NW Bend, and close to the deschutes river trail and downtown Bend.

One of the reasons Brian and Star wanted to relocate from Portland to Bend was to be near their favorite ski hill. While waiting to hear back from the sellers regarding their offer we all went up to the mountain. Never have I ever received that great call while on a ski hill WITH my clients. This one was special. What an amazing day!
