Ever wonder what it’s like to be a brokerage owner and managing principal broker?
Let me give you a glimpse into my day:

✨ I started early — first one in the office, lights on, coffee brewing, getting everything ready for the amazing agents I get to support.

📞 Then came a phone call... from someone not our client. It was a tough one — they were frustrated and needed to vent. And honestly? That happens sometimes. As managing broker, I get to be the one people go to — even when it’s not easy. And that’s okay.

📋 After that, it was on to document review — making sure every deal is clean, compliant, and complete. No missing initials, no gaps, just smooth sailing for our agents and their clients.

🤝 Then I got to shift gears and give back — volunteering with some of the agents in our office in the local community. It was fun, energizing, and a great reminder of why we do what we do.

📹 Now I’m back in the office recording videos, updating our recruiting drip campaigns, and posting job opportunities to grow our team.

🌎 I even tapped into the Realty ONE Group national network today, reaching out to high-producing, structured, collaborative teams. One of the powerhouse teams in our brokerage is looking to connect and learn from others just like them — and I’m excited to help make those connections happen.

And the best part?
👉 My day’s only half over.

Being a brokerage owner means wearing all the hats — mentor, manager, marketer, mediator, motivator — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

💛 What part of your day makes you feel the most fulfilled?

Integrity isn’t about perfection —
It’s about alignment.
When your actions match your words, people trust you.
And in real estate, trust is everything.

Say what you mean. Do what you say. That’s how long-term business is built.

Struggling with what to post on social media?
You're not alone — that struggle is real! 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️

But here’s a simple cheat:
📸 Take one question your clients ask you all the time — and answer it on camera.
That’s it. Seriously.

If you're getting that question a lot, it means others are wondering the same thing. By sharing your knowledge, you're not just showing up — you're showing people why they should work with you. 🧠💬

💡 Be the resource. Be the expert. Be visible.

You’ve got this! 🎥✨

Feeling overwhelmed? Try this simple reset.

Start your day with a 3 x 3:
📝 Write down your 3 biggest business tasks — the ones that will actually move the needle today.
✅ Now commit to completing those three things first, before you let yourself get distracted by emails, social, or busywork.

Focus creates freedom.
Say it with me:
Focus. Create. Freedom.

You’ve got this. Let’s go crush it today 💪

Your smile is your logo.
Your personality is your business card.
And the way you make others feel?
That’s your trademark.

In real estate—and in life—how you show up matters.

Hey real estate friends! 🌸 The spring market is buzzing and I know you’re out there crushing it — listing appointments, showings, offers, inspections — it’s a lot!

But here’s your reminder: Don’t forget your past clients.
They’re your foundation, and those little touches? They matter.

📲 Take just five minutes today to reach out.
Call. Text. Email.
Ask how they’re doing. See how the house is treating them. Let them know you're thinking of them.

These small moments build long-term relationships — and long-term relationships build your referral pipeline.

Go make that connection today — you’ve got this 💛

☀️ Good morning, real estate people!
Productivity is in the air today — I came into the office early and hit the ground running!

✅ Doc reviews? Done.
✅ Stepped in to support an agent with a full plate? Handled.
✅ Getting ready for our monthly mentee meeting — one of my favorite things!

I love hearing what our new agents are working on, where they see their businesses going, and diving into educational moments. Today’s topic? Navigating the inspection contingency — such a crucial skill to master!

The sun is shining, summer is coming, and I’m just feeling so grateful for this work and this community. We really are all in this together 💛

Your competition isn’t other agents.
It’s your procrastination.
Your negative thoughts.
Your comfort zone.

Outwork that, and you’ll win every time.

🌷 The Spring Market is HERE… but it's not business as usual.

Inventory is up and agents are out there hustling—booking photo shoots, ordering lockboxes, and investing time and money into listings… but many of those listings are sitting.

🎯 If you have an active buyer right now, that’s GOLD. I’m hearing it again and again—agents have listings, but not many buyers. So if you're working with someone ready to write, you're ahead of the game.

📉 For our listing-heavy agents, this is your reminder:

Be mindful of your expenses

Stay on top of your marketing

Communicate clearly and consistently with your sellers

Set realistic expectations upfront about activity and market conditions

You don’t want to be three, four, or six weeks in having that hard conversation about why their home hasn’t sold. If you educate, update, and guide them from the start—you’ll be better positioned for success.

Let’s keep doing the work. The opportunities are there—but only for those willing to be proactive and strategic.

Hello real estate friends 👋 I was just sitting here thinking about why I love my job as a brokerage owner and managing broker… and I realized it’s really simple:
I love helping people.

I know that might sound cliché—but it’s true. Whether it’s answering questions, offering reassurance, or just being a sounding board, I love being the person my agents can count on.

Honestly? Half the time, they already know the answer—they just need that reassurance. I remember that feeling from my early days too. You feel silly asking, or you think, “I should know this…” but real estate is full of unique situations. Every house, every client, every transaction is different. That’s what keeps it interesting—and that’s why I love it.

I get to be a guide, a resource, and a cheerleader for the agents I support.

✨ What’s your favorite part about your job?

05/12/2025

🚨 Real talk: You can’t give 50% effort in a 100% commission career.
Because guess what? That’ll leave you 100% broke.

This market doesn’t reward passivity — it rewards preparation, persistence, and showing up every single day.

You want results? Show up like it.

05/10/2025

💰 Let’s talk Earnest Money — one of the most misunderstood parts of a real estate transaction.

It’s not required in Oregon, but most deals include it. So how much is enough? Typically, 1–2% of the purchase price is a good rule of thumb — but it depends on the buyer, the seller, and the deal.

🎯 Reminder: It must be readily available — no credit cards, no tied-up investments. Buyers need to deposit it ASAP once an offer is accepted.

Earnest money shows seriousness and commitment — and in most cases, it’s the only real recourse a seller has if a buyer defaults. So:
✔ Be smart
✔ Be prepared
✔ Be professional
