My buyers scored big with this purchase and are incredibly motivated and strategic about how they'll transform it. They'll be making passive income, gaining equity, and paying their own mortgage instead of their previous landlord. Winning 🙌🏽🙌🏽

Pretty epic to get all your closing costs covered (keeping cash in your pocket), buy down your interest rate (reducing monthly payment), and negotiate repairs as a first time homebuyer! Nicely done my friends!

The first moment I met my sellers out at their home, I knew this place was special ✨ They worked hard to make it that way and to keep it that way and people noticed. Every agent who showed it (and there were a lot) commented on how beautiful it was.

The timing was tricky with contingencies and finding a replacement property in a short timeframe. But, they were steady and kind and a powerhouse team through it all. We priced it right, stuck to our guns, and broke a few buyers' hearts along the way.

I'm so excited to have the chance to help them from Redmond to Prineville to be closer to their grandbabies and jobs!

If you've been Googling "cities in Oregon with easy outdoor access and great weather," let me save you some time.

Central Oregon (not JUST Bend) checks every box on that list and then some.

Taking the kids to play at the river after school, planning an overnight backpacking trip, and spending the day at a lake with gorgeous mountain views is just part of everyday life here.

Most people who move to Bend say the same thing: they wish they'd done it sooner.
