🔥 When wildfire strikes, preparation can make all the difference.

This reel shows a client’s property after a wildfire moved through more than 80 acres in Central Oregon.

The fire burned across the land, but thanks to previous fire mitigation efforts and the incredible work of our firefighters, the home was saved and many mature trees remain standing.

While there are never guarantees during a wildfire, creating defensible space and reducing fuels around your home can significantly improve the chances of firefighters being able to protect your property.

A huge thank you to every firefighter and first responder who puts themselves in harm’s way to protect our communities.

🚁🌲 When your insurance company wants a wildfire defensible space review, we bring data—not guesswork. 🌲🚁

A recent client needed documentation and analysis of their property's defensible space for an insurance review. Rather than estimating from the ground, we took to the skies.

Using our FAA Part 107 certified drone operations, we captured high-resolution aerial imagery and generated detailed orthophotography of the property. This allowed us to evaluate fuel spacing, vegetation density, and defensible zones with a level of precision that's difficult to achieve from ground level alone.

Technology continues to change the way we serve our clients, whether they're buying, selling, managing property, or navigating insurance requirements.
