Ricky Baker - Real Estate Broker Central Oregon real estate broker for residential and investment properties. Licensed in the State of Oregon

I am a long time Central Oregon resident that loves real estate and real estate investing. The majority of my career was spent in telco negotiating large contracts and managing the retail side of the business in OR/WA/ID/CA. Two years ago I decided to get into real estate investment and immediately fell in love. Last year I decided to take the skills learned over the last 15 years in telco and apply them to real estate. I have a unique way of viewing properties and am able to look at them as both an investor and a buyer. My favorite part of being in real estate is seeing my clients’ faces when they take the keys on closing day.

Real Estate is funny......

Walk away from one we really liked, and this one we like better drops into our laps.

The right one always finds the right person.... Even if it doesn't always feel like that in the moment.
