In todays market is more important than ever to prep your home from the start, price it right, and be willing to negotiate needed repairs. As home sale inventory rises, buyers are taking their time to write an offer. Seller's have not adjusted to this market on a whole and are overpricing their homes. Hire an experienced agent who is watching the market and can help you pick the right price to start and advise you as the market shifts.
