🏡 Bend Home Sales Are the Highest They've Been Since 2022

Despite mortgage rates now climbing above 6.5%, the Bend real estate market has remained surprisingly resilient.

Through April 30th, there have been 520 residential home sales in Bend—the highest year-to-date total we've seen since 2022.

What does this mean for buyers and sellers as we head into the summer market?
