In a market where some properties are taking a little longer to sell, this one proved that the right preparation, pricing, and marketing make all the difference. We listed on Friday and had an accepted offer by Saturday evening!

This closing was especially meaningful to me on a personal level. The seller is one of my mom’s closest friends, and I’ve spent countless days and nights in this home over the years. After 36 wonderful years of ownership, it was bittersweet to see this chapter come to an end.
