As a child of an art dealer, she moved every few years to pursue new gallery locations and was fortunate to live in many beautiful places from Mendocino, Laguna Beach, Palm Desert, Malibu and Hawaii. She learned how to adapt to new surroundings and developed a strong compassion for others. igate the entire process of finding the right home in a new community. Julia received her degree from the University of San Diego. Her previous work history includes working in a retirement community where she assisted seniors who were faced with new challenges, and was able to provide an alternative when staying in their home was no longer an option. She quickly learned that helping people was one of her true skills and a major core value. She took her ability to help people to the business world when she later moved to Hawaii where she flourished in the real estate community for the next 11+ years, working her way to a Senior Account Manager with First American Title and later as the Sales Manager for Old Republic Title and Escrow Hawaii. Julia and her family later made the decision to move to Bend, Oregon where they enjoy the beauty Central Oregon has to offer. Realizing her passion for Real Estate, Julia has devoted her career to helping others, whether it’s through the dream of home ownership, or facing life’s changes and new opportunities or challenges when people may need to sell their home. Julia believes every person deserves a place to call home, a place to feel safe and build memories.
