Apologies, long post incoming:
I just realized—it's been nearly a year since the big NAR class-action settlement last August! The settlement reshaped the real estate industry, introducing two new rules that drive transparency around commissions and give consumers more negotiating power.
Back then, opinions were all over the map:
– Some said realtors would earn more, or even that this would reduce transparency.
– Others warned that agents would need to start getting paid hourly to open doors.
Needless to say, there was plenty of uncertainty.
The most surprising outcome? A wave of new clients flowed our way. One key rule now requires buyer's agents to have a signed contract before showing a property. We saw that many homebuyers hesitated to commit without doing their homework. Thankfully, they found you—thanks to the reviews, testimonials, and shared stories across Facebook groups, Google, Zillow, and even Reddit.
To everyone who’s shared our name, written a review, or passed along a referral:
THANK YOU. Your support has been pivotal in helping first-time buyers and families find trusted representation as they chase their dreams.
I've nearly a year's worth of photos and success stories lined up—and I can’t wait to share them here over the next week or two!
Cheers!
