Deschutes County has launched a new Property Recording Alert System (PRAS) to help property owners stay informed about activity in the county’s official property records.

PRAS is a free notification service that sends email alerts when a document is recorded under a name you choose to monitor. Alerts include a direct link to view or download the recorded document.
