NYC Day 1 (sorry for the cliche music 😘)

🚌 Bussed into the city
🤠 Times square; photobombed by the naked cowboy

🌯 Ate amazing Mediterranean food inside the

Drove a combined 9 hours to check out this potential JV flip with a couple of my favorite guys that live nearby. and podcast made the drive too easy 👌🏽

This deal had a ton of potential, but definitely needed some love. It’s situated on a hillside, with great views of the Columbia River from the living areas and a giant, overhanging deck. It also had a good sized, double bay shop with an ADU above. And the best part of the deal.. not only was the price low enough to make repairs and turn a profit if we flipped, but the current loan was assumable at a 2.875 interest rate! We could inherit long term, super cheap debt which means low holding costs, and a good amount of cashflow if held as a rental. 🙌

Ultimately, there ended up being major septic issues and permitting issues that presented unknown risk which could greatly affect our bottom line, so we decided to pass on this one. ❌

Deals like this exist! There's more opportunities IN TODAYS NW REAL ESTATE MARKET that so many people don't realize. If you think you can't buy anything, because the conventional way says you can't.. Hit me up literally today. Like right now. Lets talk about it! 📱💻☕

JUSTiNvestNW was born from my passion for real estate investing. The name is a play on words that combines my name (Justin), that passion (investing), my community (Pacific Northwest), and when combined, embodies one of my core principles of taking action (just invest).

I initially got my broker license and became a REALTOR®️ to utilize in my personal investment acquisitions and to learn more about the transaction process. But after helping friends and family navigate their own transactions, I’ve quickly discovered that I get fired up when Im able to help someone achieve their real estate goals and uncover hidden potential that they didn't realize existed.

By leveraging my experience in short term rental ownership/management, commercial and residential long term property management, and my overall passion for learning different strategies in real estate investing, I’m able to bring value to those around me whether its their first transaction or they're a seasoned investor.
