Yes, really.

My client had been looking for a home in a specific neighborhood, with a certain style, and within a certain budget.

When I heard about a home that was about to come on the market, I texted her the address and suggested she drive by.

She called me immediately and said, "No need to drive by, that's the exact house on my vision board!"

We moved quickly, put together an offer before it officially hit the market, and 30 days later she was holding the keys.

This is one of my favorite parts of being a Realtor, helping connect the person with the right home. Magic (sorta).
