Some closings just hit differently. And is one of those. Almost two years on and off the market, a super unique property that truly needed the right buyer with a vision. Countless hours of work behind the scenes, dealing with squatters, trees falling on the roof, you name it. Finally negotiated a fantastic owner-carry situation that worked wonderfully for both parties. We did it!! So, so stoked for our seller to move on from this but also ridiculously excited to see what the buyer does with this property!!
