Scott holds a Masters Degrees in Teaching (and is only a handful of credits short of a Doctorate in Education. Who'd have thunk?? ) After several years in the education field (and a new family to support) Scott realized that many of the hard and soft skills he learned in the field of education, as well as his passion for teaching and helping others, could be successfully transferred to the Real Estate field. Scott’s passions outside of work and his family include supporting his Beloved Oregon Ducks, enjoying all the outdoor activities that brought him and his family to Central Oregon, coaching and watching his kids' sporting events, and meeting his buddies (almost) every Monday night for Mug Club. Melanie also holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching. After teaching for three years and moving to Bend, Melanie was fortunate enough to find a killer job at G5 where she managed large accounts and worked as an extension of their marketing teams, educating and consulting with her clients on all forms of digital marketing. In her spare time (with two active kids, a dog, and a job, there’s not much of it) she enjoys running, snowboarding, and hanging out with her family and friends.
