If you meet the criteria of at least two out of three of these, you may be closer than you think!

1. Income. Do you have a study income for the last 1 to 2 years? If so, you are letting a lender know that you are ready for mortgage payment.
2. Savings. Do you have at least 3 to 5% of a purchase price saved? You’re looking at roughly 12 K to 20 K. If not, there are also down payment assistance programs we can discuss.
3. Credit. Is your credit somewhere above the mid 600s if so, you may be ready!
