ivated and technical marketing expert. John spent most of his first few years working with millennial and first time homebuyers. John’s ability to connect with these buyers paid off greatly over the years as many became homeowners and now have become future buyers, sellers and investors. This continuous pipeline of past clientele has led to a tremendous referral-based system that John is constantly sharing with new clients. Never one to rest on his laurels, John decided to branch out on his own in 2015 and launch his long planned and awaited, John Warring Real Estate in Benicia. This new business has allowed John to provide an even more creative and technical marketing strategy to all of his clientele. When buyers are struggling to find their home, John has the resources to market directly for that buyer. When sellers are frustrated with the same form of real estate from past agents, John offers them an insight into a much more modern form of marketing their home to the highest number of potential buyers. As John’s business has continued to grow, he has seen the need for an incredibly strong supporting staff. This staff begins with John’s wife Tiana, an incredible business woman in her own right and a strong real estate and financial background.
