What do you tell someone when they call you after the fact and say they used another Inspector and that Inspector missed many things in there inspection. All I have to say is the same thing I tell my Father if you go for cheapest around most likly you are going to get cheap product. 4th person to call me after going with another Inspector and had nothing but bad things to say. Be careful on the Inspector you choose here in Colorado inspectors are not made to be licensed. So any Joe can inspect. Look for the Inspectors that are certified. But even some if them can be bad. Don't be scared to ask for references.

Running a special promotion for this week, cold weather inspections including window and door weather strip and thermal inspection, gutter and drainage, all external faucet checks, livestock water tank heaters, etc. It's always better to beat the cold and be ready, then to deal with the mess mother nature can cause.
