Real Estate Is About So Much More Than Property
You never know when the phone rings who will be on the other end—or how that one phone call might grow into a relationship that lasts for years.
Margo first called Gateway Realty I-70, LLC because she was thinking about moving out of Denver. That move never happened, but what followed became quite a journey. She purchased a large parcel of land, subdivided it, and before long became what I affectionately called a “land developer,” installing improvements and even a county-standard road. Over the years, we were involved in other land ventures together as well.
Now Margo has retired from her career and decided it is time to enjoy life a little more and leave the land purchases behind.
And that is the part of real estate that has always meant the most to me.
Yes, I sell property. I negotiate contracts, solve problems, work through inspections, title issues, roads, wells, water rights, land and all the details that come with this business. But behind every transaction is a person, a family, a dream, a life decision—and sometimes the beginning of a friendship.
Margo, I am going to miss our land adventures, the time we spent together, and especially our many conversations. I am incredibly grateful that all those years ago, you happened to be the person on the other end of my ringing phone.
Clients really do become friends. And that is one of the greatest gifts this career has given me.
I am competitive in all areas of my life. This has been proven over and over to be the ideal formula for a winning offer on a home as the buyer. It is also a Win Win for the seller in achieving the maximum price in the value of the home.
