Newport Homes

Listen to this story:

🏡🍂 THIS is what makes us BEAM WITH PRIDE at Newport Homes! 🍂🏡

It’s the Annual Fall Parade of Homes, and we’re thrilled to showcase TWO beautiful Newport Homes at 11131 N. 161st Avenue in Bennington and 12509 Quail in Bellevue! As well has several others currently for sale and OPEN to see:
16615 Benjamin Street Bennington
11002 N. 159th Ave. Bennington
12033 S. 46th St., Bellevue

But today, something happened that reminded me exactly why I am SO proud to represent this builder.

A husband and wife walked into one of our homes and began looking around. And I mean REALLY looking.

They weren’t just admiring the beautiful kitchen or the gorgeous finishes. They were studying the home. Looking at the corners. Examining the ceilings. Noticing the precision of the tile, the flooring, the sharp, clean lines, and even the GROUT!

They took their time reading about our 2×6 exterior construction, copper plumbing, wood-wrapped windows, superior insulation, and energy-efficient building practices.

They noticed the things that most people never even think to look for.

And then the wife said something I won’t soon forget.

“You know, I’ve been studying homes for many, many years. We go to ALL the Parade of Homes events. We regularly visit open houses and tour new construction in neighborhoods all over Omaha. We’ve been doing this for YEARS.”

And then she said…

“You guys have one of the MOST WELL-BUILT and NICEST homes I have EVER been in!”

WOW. Just WOW!!! ❤️

Now, let me tell you why that means so much.

I LIVE in a Newport Home. I know firsthand what goes into these homes. I know the quality behind the walls, the attention to detail, the craftsmanship, and the pride that goes into building something that isn’t just beautiful to look at, but built exceptionally well from the inside out.

But hearing that from someone who has spent YEARS walking through, examining, and comparing homes all over Omaha?

THAT is a compliment you cannot buy. THAT is recognition you cannot manufacture. And THAT is what sets Newport Homes apart.

Beautiful finishes may catch someone’s eye, but superior craftsmanship earns their respect.

And when someone who has seen countless homes stops, studies every detail, and recognizes the difference?

Well, that’s exactly why we say…
