on the Board of the Bennington Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Bennington County Housing Committee. She’s also a strong supporter of area shelters, the local soup kitchen, and initiatives that strengthen the region. A seasoned investor herself, Lilli has been buying and renovating real estate—both apartments and single-family homes—for more than 20 years. This hands-on experience gives her unique insight into property quality, investment potential, and the challenges that come with selling estate properties, business transitions, and long-term real estate planning. She brings this knowledge to every client interaction, whether she’s helping homeowners list their properties or advising investors and families through complex sales. Lilli launched her real estate career in 2007, just as the market took a downturn. Learning the business during such a challenging time shaped her resilience, sharpened her skills, and laid the foundation for her reputation as one of the area’s top commercial real estate experts. Today, she enjoys mentoring new agents and empowering experienced professionals to grow their careers. Her latest passion is residential development and new construction. Recognizing the urgent need for housing in Bennington County, Lilli has taken an active role in creating solutions and building for the future. Outside of work, Lilli is a proud mom of three teenagers. She loves spending her free time with her family and friends, participating in community events, helping others, and enjoying the outdoors.
