🏡 THREE DOWN, THREE TO GO! 🍁

One year ago this month, we started this townhome project at Jennings Brook with a vision, a set of plans, and a whole lot of work ahead of us.

Today, I’m so excited to say that Townhome #3 has SOLD! 🎉

It’s pretty incredible to look back at where we started and see where we are now. Four of the six homes are completely finished, and the final two are well underway and scheduled to be completed by the end of October.

There have been plenty of challenges, decisions, long days, and lessons along the way — but there is something incredibly rewarding about watching an idea on paper turn into actual homes where people will build their lives.
