We are excited to welcome the newest member to Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Maturo - Bucks County! 🌟🌿 Jacklyn "Jacki" Belcher is a resident of Northeast Philadelphia, where she lives with her husband and children. She is new to the real estate industry, having completed real estate school in July. Previously, she was a stay-at-home mom to 4 children, and before that, she was a licensed Cosmetologist who managed a barbershop in Langhorne, PA. In her free time, Jacki enjoys spending time reading, being outdoors with her children, camping, and going to the beach.

We're excited to introduce the Broker of Record for our new Bensalem office, James Olivieri! 🌟 "Jim" joins Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Maturo Realty Group offering plenty of real estate experience. First licensed in NJ, he began helping clients find suitable housing through rental apartment homes at the Ramblewood Village Community in Mt. Laurel. He then expanded his services to include assisting his clients in all aspects of the real estate market.

Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, Jim is the Broker-Owner of his company Penn-Jersey Realty LLC, founded in 2016 serving both the Pennsylvania & New Jersey areas. In addition to being a registered member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Jim is also part of the Bucks County Association of REALTORS, serving as the Chair for the Technology & Communications Committee as well as the NEXUS Association of Realtors and is also a proud Founding Member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.
