Village Vehicle Sticker Info:

The deadline to purchase your village vehicle sticker is June 30, 2017 before the cost goes up! You can purchase them online by going to www.bensenville.il.us and click on ONLINE PAYMENTS at the left of the screen. Follow the prompts and your sticker will arrive in 3-5 business days. Remember - if you are a new resident to Bensenville, the Village requires that you purchase and display your vehicle sticker within 30 days of your move in!

York Brook would like to keep our residents engaged and involved in all local events! Here is a list outlining holiday events scheduled in Bensenville for the month of December, 2015:
Holidays Bazaar & Ladies Night Out: 6pm to 10pm
December 4th, hosted by White Pine Golf Course. Featuring mini spa services, boutique
shopping, DJ, drawing demonstrations. $10.00 entry fee.
Farmside Christmas: 2pm to 5pm at the Fischer Farm-Grand Ave. Bensenville, IL.
December 5th, great family event, attendees can catch a hayride, enjoy hot chocolate
and deserts while listening to the sounds of the holiday season with instrumental and
vocal music provided by local student ensembles
Santa's Brunch at White Pine: 11am to 2pm
December 12th children will be greeted by good Ol' St, Nick. Photos can be taken with Santa.
There will be a complete Buffet with everything from breakfast foods to pizza and desserts.
Adults $14.99 Children over 4 years of age $7.99.
Historic Holiday Express Train: 6:30pm to 9:30pm
December 22 and December 23rd the Hoilday Express Train boards at the veterans park and
heads to the North Pole. Passengers will be served holiday cookies, hot chocolate and
popcorn. $5.00 per person.

"Noon Year's Eve" 11am to 12pm
"Noon Year's Eve" December 31 games, crafts, music and dancing complete with a ballroom
drop all at the Bensenville Public Library
Lite snacks served.

Job Description
York Brook Apartments is seeking an experienced and capable Maintenance Technician to assist in the day-to-day operations and assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Job Responsibilities
As a Building Maintenance Technician with York Brook Apartments, you will be performing daily tasks in an expedient manner and with a positive attitude.
Duties may include, but not limited to:
• Completing all maintenance service requests as assigned
• Make Ready’s of vacant apartments all needed repairs, maintenance and upgrades as requested by Management
• Assisting with special projects as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor/ Property Manager
• Monitoring and maintaining all building systems as assigned
• Preventative maintenance and maintenance of company equipment, assets and all property
• Snow/Ice Removal
• Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors and fellow employees.
• On-call rotation for after hour’s emergencies is required
Building Maintenance Technician – Facilities Maintenance Technician/Tech
Job Qualifications
As a Building Maintenance Technician with York Brook Apartments, you must be certified or have previous experience in the apartment or hotel industry.
Additional requirements include:
• Two (2) years of verifiable training/schooling or experience in at least (4) of the following areas electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, air conditioning/heating/ painting and carpentry skills
• Must pass the PCRM pre-employment maintenance test with a minimum of 75%
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check (Must have no felony convictions or serious crimes against person or property.
• Must have a car, a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance.
• Maybe mandatory to live on site if located more than 15 minutes from property
