Happy Monday Yall!!! This message is for all my current and “short future” clients regarding my business.
It’s summer which can only mean 1 thing.
My summer interns are back!!!!
Austyn, Bristyl Brooke & Camdyn will be joining me once again this year in this wonderful world of Real Estate.
What does this mean for you?
The biggest thing will be hearing me give, let’s call it, instructional support, so phone calls may be a little more spicy. I can handle it if you can but if you need more a calming conversation, an appointment time will be best!
The 2nd biggest change will be scheduling. My interns will be with me more and will make last minute private showings a bit more difficult. If you’re good with them being with me, we should have little problem. If you would rather some quiet time to experience a property without Austyn telling you the pictures were “deceptive” or Cam telling you “it's got two bathrooms” 🤣 please consider scheduling with me in advance.
And lastly, my response time. There will be times this summer my interns will make me want to blow a gasket and I would rather not have you hear or see me in a state of hysteria. There will also be times that we are living our best lives and I may take a little longer to respond. Please be patient, I will get back to you and you can always text if it’s not of an emergent nature.
I fully recognize that I signed up for my business to run this way every summer and you did not. While I know you will still receive above average service from me, I also respect that this is one of the most important transactions of your lives and I never want you to feel like you hired a part time agent. If you believe your needs would be better met by someone else, please let me know and I will help find you a new agent. If you’re comfortable, I will work along side them to ensure everything runs smoothly and with as little inconvenience as possible. If you would prefer to work with just them, I understand that too.
Hopefully you’ll stay aboard and enjoy another summer watching the fun and chaos of the 3 musketeers! I genuinely love having them with me and there aren’t going to be enough summers like this in my opinion so I look forward to it every year
