North Star Management in Benson is seeking an Assistant Property Manager. This position will involve general office administration, answering phones, and providing customer service to all visitors. Candidate will also work closely with the residents in our local property portfolio and complete paperwork for resident certifications. We are seeking a person with strong customer service skills, who is organized and has the ability to multi-task to meet time-sensitive deadlines. Moderate computer experience necessary, and knowledge and/or experience in the multi-housing and federal rent subsidy programs are a plus, but not required. Regular hours, up to 30 hours a week.
