1️⃣ Foundation Issues
Cracks in the foundation, uneven floors, or doors and windows that don’t close properly could be signs of structural problems. These issues can be costly to repair, so it’s important to address them early.

2️⃣ Water Damage
Look for signs of water damage like mold, mildew, or water stains on ceilings and walls. This could indicate leaks in the roof or plumbing, which can lead to more extensive damage if not dealt with quickly.

3️⃣ Outdated Electrical System
Old wiring or a lack of outlets can be a safety concern. If the home has outdated electrical systems, it may need significant updates to meet modern safety standards, which can add up.

4️⃣ Poor Ventilation or Airflow
