City Center Lofts 16 neo-industrial style lofts located in the heart of the Benton Harbor Arts District.

Originally built in 1882, City Center Lofts is a mixed-use, two-story building located at the corner of Main and Pipestone Street in Downtown Benton Harbor. Cressy Commercial Real Estate is executing a complete rehabilitation of the building, including interior renovations and a restoration of the original brick façade. The 20,000 square foot project features two available commercial spaces and three apartments for lease on the 1st floor and thirteen apartments for lease on the 2nd floor.
