I love helping buyers and sellers navigate the journey of buying or selling a home, but helping our Veterans will always hold a special place in my heart.
Being married to a Veteran, I have a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by those who serve our country and their families. I’m incredibly thankful for their service.

Today, I’m especially grateful that Gaye Lynn trusted me to help her find the perfect place to call home.

Congratulations, Gaye Lynn, and Happy Closing Day!

🏡 Saline County Market Snapshot 📊

Summer is HOT but the real estate market is hotter 🔥🔥

Thinking about buying or selling? Here’s a quick look at what’s happening in our local market!

📍 June 2026 Highlights
✅ Median Sold Price: $283,750 ⬆️ 5.9% from last month
✅ Homes are selling for 98.8% of asking price
✅ Median Days on Market: 21 days
✅ Inventory: 3.46 months

What does this mean?
✔️ Sellers are still in a strong position.
✔️ Buyers have a little more inventory to choose from than we’ve seen recently, but well-priced homes continue to move quickly.

Whether you’re curious about your home’s value or wondering if now is the right time to make a move, I’d love to help!
