We have a 1BR opening soon at our Brown Gable complex. Our Brown Gable complex is located at the end of East 10th St in Benton, KY.

This 1BR apartment is located on the second level. It has hardwood look vinyl plank flooring throughout. The apartment includes a refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and hook-ups for electric washer & dryer in each apartment. Each apartment has its own central heating and air conditioning, bath with tub/shower unit and an outdoor patio. The sizes are 650 to 700 square feet. The rent is $800 per month which includes water/sewer/trash. The Tenant(s) has the gas (Benton Gas) and electric (Benton Electric) in their name and it's billed to them monthly. A security deposit of $800 and a one-year lease are required.

Each apartment has its own central heat and air conditioning unit, one full bath with walk-in shower, and an outdoor deck.
The rent is $895 per month which includes water, sewer & trash. The Tenant places the electric in their name ad its billed to them monthly through Benton Electric. A security deposit of $895 and a one-year lease are required.
