JUST IN: Walmart has signed a franchise agreement with Marriott International to brand the hotel on its new Bentonville campus as an AC Hotel by Marriott. 5 stories, 153 rooms and 90,000 SF. According to U-Haul 2020 migration trends, Arkansas ranks #11 in most one way migrations! Along with several other south eastern states making up the top 10 (TN #1, TX #2).
