I had been working with these buyers since September, it was truly a waiting game. Their house in FL was under contract, we were all waiting for them to make it up to NWA where the rest of their family lives to truly start home searching.

Fast forward a couple months and here we are 😍 This property was actually off market at the time we went under contract. The buyers had seen it previously for sale and asked me about it.. I called the listing agent to see what was going on, got us in for a viewing and they loved it!
