An off market sale this week of this beautiful, dreamy, HGTV type home. Selling a home is an emotional process (and a heck of a lot of work!) when you’ve experienced a lot of life there! Thankful for relationships built on trust and knowing that I’ve always got their back when they need me!
Looking forward to the new owners being able to put their personal touches into this gem in Springdale!

We tried Dumont Creamery & Cafe in Dtwn Bentonville. Did not disappoint! Solid treat spot for a cold cone and many delicious ice cream flavors, plus some yummy drink options! Matcha was great and tapioca good! We’ll be back to try more!

Just look at those smiles 😃! Lots of hard work and patience went into getting their home ready to sell! The getting it ready part, that part will test you! Haha! I met this family in March (thanks to their awesome grandparents) and chatted several times a week about everything home, until it was as ready as can be!

They stayed the course and just kept doing the things that will matter to a buyer. With all their hard work, we were able to go live and have consistent showings until the perfect buyer came along after 10 days on the market.

Excited for their next family adventure and thankful they trusted me to sell their first home!
